ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! Mice had taken over our unit and we were told it’s OUR responsibility to place mice traps etc. we moved out Friday March 14 I had texted the manager that Friday letting her know that the mice had completely taken over and she blocked me! Steer clear from Menards Self Storage!!! They do not care about their customers!!!! We had a storage unit across the highway in Princeton & never had any issues with bugs or rodents!
