This place has to be the worst running “brand new” storage unit on the planet. There’s something wrong with their doors once a month. I pull in today and it’s just closed. I run my business out of this place and it’s just closed on a Saturday. They couldn’t just put a door up and leave it up, no! That would make sense. Better to anger your 100s of renters and not let anyone in. Website is glitchy, field for credit card info would not let me input my exp date would only allow current month and date as an option. When I let it go ahead it said wait while your order processes, then just sat there and never completed. Tried to call the phone number and they are only open for calls Mon thru Friday until 5 p.m. called local Menards store and clerk was no help, said they only help you if you forget the door code.
