If I could only give 100 plus stars to Menard-Lacouture Funeral Home I would not hesitate. In our families sorrow and loss of a dear family member, Craig went above and beyond. When it came to every facet of this overwhelming process, from the obituary, prayer cards, services and to saying our final farewells he made this experience seamless. I had a unexpected loss of a family member, and Craig at Manard-Lacouture understood and accommodated the needs of our family with professionalism and compassion.
Craig is very unprofessional. He's ruining the "MENARD" name/reputation. Glad we chose to go elsewhere. I would never trust him with one of my deceased friends and/or relatives. I gave him one star because I had no other choice. He's lucky to have gotten that.
