Scheduling was easy. I needed to have all of the carpets in my grandmother’s house cleaned before we put her house up for sale. Communication was timely about when the crew would show up. After a preliminary vacuuming of the place, there were some spot treatments applied to stains and then the real cleaning began. They were systematic and thorough with the cleaning. The carpet looked and smelled so much better through the whole house after they were done. The price was fair. The work and communication were exceptional.
