If I need a toilet and a bag of chips I know where to go, or a washing machine and some sprecher root beer. Cool store! Employees are very friendly.

The self service lumbar yard is so inconvenient. You can only drive into the lumbar yard if you preorder. The employees don’t help find anything and don’t ask if help is needed instead they stood around and visited with each other. Then we had to push the heavy cart all thru the store just to check out because the checkout at the lumbar yard is wasn’t open.

I had originally given the store a 5 star rating but Now I would give them a negative 5 If I could, do not buy anything from this store and expect any warranty. I was told by a department manager on the phone that they would return my money, Or I will get an in store credit and basically, I was told by the store manager that I was a liar because he said he only heard one side of the conversation and that's not our store policy.
