This Menards in Sun Prairie is newer and is quite nice. Similar to all the other stores, it has similar products and services. It serves the Sun Prairie and surrounding area well. As always, like all Menards, you get the 11% rebate on everything you buy. However, one thing we all agree on, getting the rebate is still inconvenient and many of us don't do it. Only 2 registers open, one of the cashiers was really struggling with a tax exempt sale and the Asst Manager didn't help her but opened 2 more lanes AND THEN took the people from the back of the lines that didnt wait at all. No common sense for customer service at all. If your going to take tax exempt contractors in your regular check lanes train your cashiers and HELP THEM. I hope you FIFO your food offerings better than you manage FIFO at your registers.
