Trashy customer service desk personnel. Do not buy gas powered equipment here. Done doing buisness with menards. They will loose thousands in buisness with my buisness. Slowly I hope you're buisness rots.

Rented a carpter cleaner for a day. When i picked it up it was dirty. When i took it back it was cleaner than I got it. Lady was going to charge me a cleaning fee...terrible customer service. Will go to Lowes or Home Depot in the future. You just lost my business....terrible.
After ordering two specialized doors and confirming the delivery date, on date of delivery was told I needed to reschedule. Was sent a generic text that NEVER asked me to directly confirm my delivery. I message stated if I needed another date to call and schedule one. So day of delivery, nothing because they stated I didn't confirm it. Already had prior issues with custom cabinets at this same location. Final straw...I will NEVER step foot in a Menards store again. I will chose Lowe's or Home Depot first, even if it cost me ... read more
