Menards manager/s (two females) were both asking each other what to do with a coupon. They acted very offended that they had to even mess with it. I got accused of stealing by one of them because my husband walked out with our cart as I was paying. I never once left the store and obviously planned to pay for my purchase. When I found that lady's manager and told her I thought being accused of being a thief was very rude and inappropriate- she just stood there and stared at me..... The lady worked with me to buy the cabinets that I want, to make sure they fit in the space and line up with my window. She is competent and pleasant. However, the contractor changed our design and we had to start over. It caused a problem so I don't get the design we worked so hard on. Not her fault.
