Good store to shop tools.
I got completely scammed by this company. During the whole 11% rebate on "everything" I remodeled my bathroom, spent 1,000s on doors, and a bought a bunch of everything. Even getting a Menards credit card. I filled out the paperwork and sent it in and got nothing back. I tried following up on the rebates, and of course when I inquired they didn't have anything from me. Then saw that Iowa had to intervene because apparently not everything was on 11% reebate
One of the best, if not the very best, home improvement and hardware store that I habe ever been to. Very neat, well organized, and friendly and knowledgable staff!
Absolutely horrendous customer service. It took 10 minutes to find someone to help us and once we did we were made to feel like such an inconvenience and were incredibly rushed. They were in such a hurry they were careless with the object we needed help with that they hit my husband on the head with it. Either they hired incredibly rude people or they're working people so hard they're stressed enough to treat customers like crap.
