Helpful staff. Wide selection of merchandise and materials. Usually a quick checkout. Conveniently located.
Monthly I have shopped Minards. The younger gentleman and the lady in paint have been knowledgeable and wonderfully helpful. Two ladies in ‘returns’ including the younger with dark hair, couldn’t have been more helpful and quick. In the drapery section, a younger man searched while I was waiting on the phone, found what I needed and had it held overnight for me. Much worse than "disappointing" CUSTOMER SERVICE is an alien concept to Menards.
I have remodeled two homes and equipped them with everything needed all from Menards. Landscaping, cleaning supplies, flooring, plumbing, painting, rugs, some home furnishings, tools to do the job and I can pick up a gallon of milk, box of cereal and a pizza! Customer service has always been great. Love the rebate program. If you have a problem at this store, it is probably you, not them. Been coming to this store every since they opened.
Bought around 1000$ worth of treated lumber within 6weeks all my 4x4treated post started bowing on my new fence not good overall experience though they were very friendly and helpful
Excellent Customer Service!
You pick up a product you look at tag (price) you take to front to cashier to cash out and it rings up more then tag says. You mention this oh they can't do that. Well it's not my fault your stocking people don't know how to stock. And put things in the wrong spot and wrong price. At least at home depot or Lowe's or Wal-Mart for that matter makes it right. It's not my job to read each price tag before I buy it. If that the case put me on your payroll.

Nate from lumber went off on a customer right in front of us. Very unprofessional. Nate was going through personal problems and was taking out on customer's. Nate has issues.
