BAIT & SWITCH !!! We were sold special order "vinyl fence panels", gates & posts. We went to pickup the fence to find out the fence panels themselves must be assembled. That is NOT what we were sold. That is NOT what is stated on our order receipt. We were told there would be a 25% restocking fee. This is bait & switch. We were then treated with disrespect by the store manager.
