I know everyone can have a bad day, but I feel like someone wearing a courtesy patrol vest and a radio should give a better response than, "I don't know. I don't work with that."
My favorite home improvement store. Less expensive than Home Depot with an excellent selection of everything except possibly appliances.
I'll tell you how my experience was. I got mad it made me realize that the rich our government and John Menard. Are slowly killing us all.. since covid my wages have steadily decreased. The owner of Menards? Profits in the billions. More than you and I could ever imagine. $16 for a 5-pound box of nails. Ban me from the store. Then I'll finally save big money.
I shop here alot. I've had the same employee checking me out most of the time and I have to say Violet deserves a raise, always on point customer service.
