Just went into menards on my way to help friends with a broken down car (battery issues.) First not a single person helped me or was available as I walked through the store. As I was checking out with jumping cables, I got a call from my friend that I needed to pick up a new battery. I told the clerk that I had to go back into the store to get a car battery now as I was resolving car issues, he kinda of laughed and handed me my receipt as I went back into the store. I know everyone can have a bad day, but I feel like someone wearing a courtesy patrol vest and a radio should give a better response than, "I don't know. I don't work with that."
My favorite home improvement store. Less expensive than Home Depot with an excellent selection of everything except possibly appliances.
