We traveled significant distance to pick up an order of doors that was placed online. We had received numerous email notices that the product was available to be picked up, including on the day of our visit. Staff could not locate the doors and we left empty-handed. The product was later located in the warehouse, but it is unclear why staff could not find it when we were there. As a person who needs a mobility scooter for the store they have none that work!! For the huge store they only have two. Was there early last week one was broke, one was being used. Went back couple days later. Both were broke. This is not a one-time situation. Have had it happened several times before but it's about time. Something needs to be done.

Went online to pick out nerf gun for my child said it was in stock and ready for pick up purchased item for my son to go pick up later we get email that moneys been refunded and item isn't available do your job now I am five hours away won't have the money for five days and a very upset little boy and manger was horrible pathetic that you can keep your stuff in a row find someone that can
