Menards is great. The prices are reasonable. The selection is good and the customer service I get when I actually need customer services is good. I like using their online ordering. It saves a great deal of time by having large orders ready to allow me to just pull in, grab my stuff, and go. I always find that Menards has more of a family atmosphere to it than other big box hardware stores.

This place is horrendous. The service is terrible. I have never encountered such a racially hostile place. The white staff are so rude towards the black, Latino, and Indian customers who come there. It has come to the point that as a person of color, you will only want to speak with an employee of color. This institutionalized racism goes from the management down to the lowest ranking employee. Menards is an extremely unorganized company. I recommend taking your business across the street to the Home Depot where they care about their reputation and their customers. Example of just one bad experience: After failing to deliver an $800 bathtub they now claim they don't have it. Also, corporate has advised the delivery department KEEPS NO RECORDS.
