Amazing team at this location. Almost everyone knows where everything is, and is happy to help. However, one of the team leaders/managers at customer service behind the checkout lines was extremely rude for literally no reason when I tried to plan a pickup for a carpet around the back of the store. The rest of the staff was totally chill with the logistics confusion. If she talks to customers like that, I can only imagine how she speaks to her team. Amazing variety and great prices! Love the 11% mail in rebate! Hate that I have to drive to the back outside lot in order to load my lumber etc. Other than that best for your buck!
As I walked in there was a group of employees standing around not working. An old lady by the exit (manager I believe) was so rude to me. I simply asked where to go for a return and she was so nasty and yelled at me that it’s at the other end of the store. She seemed to be drunk or high on something. When I got to the return desk the lady working there was so nice. I mentioned how rude the manager was to me and I didn’t realize she was still within an ear shot.
