Everything, their quality is a lot better than HD
Although I do like the store, the rebate situation is a big disappointment, I recently had been waiting for a rebate of over $30 to be delivered to me, after waiting 2 months I went into my account and and it said I had used the rebate, I always use a debit card with every purchase so I went into my purchases and i did not have any on the date Menards said I used it. I contacted the headquarters and they told me to contact the police and the post office and report it , but would not help me! If they would check ID when rebat... read more

Worst service ever screwed up everything on our order incompetent
Bought linoleum and it immediately creased when we put it in the bed of the truck. Never had this happen before and we have bought linoleum on 4 other occasions. The wrapping is so loose it was barely making it through the store. Had to buy it and keep it since it was our only time we had a truck, but very inconvenient and will go to Home Depot for the rest of my home renovations.
