Second time this season I have been in your garden area and surprise! no carts(without merch on them) at 9:30am on a Saturday morning. Loads of customers hunting them. Enough associates to see it got done too. What's up mgmt?

I have been a loyal customer spending thousands with Menards a month, sometimes closer to 10k a month. I bought two garage doors. $1,800 a piece. It was my understanding that there was a 25% restocking fee if one needed returned. Long story short I decided I wanted a different style panel for one of the doors. Moses the “manager” in millwork told me on April 23 at 11:02am during our ten minute phone call that if I purchased another complete door from them, he would waive the fee on the return of the single door.
