Delivery of a washer is unreliable to say the least. We all live on a schedule this day and age. I have been waiting all day for my washer to be delivered and it is not here at 3:48 PM. I have another commitment at 5:30 and have not been able to get ready for this event because I am waiting for a delivery from Menards. I hope your products are better than your customer service.
