Super friendly staff. Always helpful.
Avoid their rental department. The rest of the store is fine, typical Menards. But their rental department is lazy. I literally called at 2:30 to ask if scaffolding was in stock, was told it was all there, was in line by 2:50, completed the rental contract/payment by 3:05 (long line) and when I went to get the materials they were not there. I was then informed that they were all rented before I even called and the person on the phone was too lazy to walk the 3ft to look even after putting me on hold while "she verified" they... read more
