I have remodeled two homes and equipped them with everything needed all from Menards. Landscaping, cleaning supplies, flooring, plumbing, painting, rugs, some home furnishings, tools to do the job and I can pick up a gallon of milk, box of cereal and a pizza! Customer service has always been great. Love the rebate program. If you have a problem at this store, it is probably you, not them. Been coming to this store every since they opened.
Excellent Customer Service!
Service is none existent! Bought a refrigerator in September the handle breaks off in November and all Menards will do is give me GE service Number.
