Gabe was polite and very helpful.
Tried to return a propane tank that was defective (only used about 1/3 of it and it stopped working). I asked to replace it and was confronted by a store manager very aggressively insinuating that I hadn't bought the item there (which I did). I had to replace the tanks anyway so paid for that and left but, due to the unprofessional and rude employee, I'll stick to Home Depot for anything else I need. I've been to this store before and it's been fine but I guess their hiring standards have slipped. Disappointing!
Often their stuff is much cheaper. Look out for furnace filters, tho. I got MERV 8 filtration for 10 something each from HD when returning the wrong size here. It was 36.00 for 4 filters. 16x 25x 4. Can't add a screen shot?? I also refuse to buy any electrical thing that isn't UL listed. I didn't see ANYTHING there that was UL listed. Referring to 5,000 btu A/C and simple lamps. The process for picking up items in store is feels like teaching somebody's grandpa how to use a phone. The pickup area is all the way at the back now now I instantly hate you but worse is that the sign for it blends in to the wall color. So if course you have to ask an employee but I had 2 run away from me so you have to call out. Then once they do get your items you can't just leave you have to wait through the checkout line so they can sign off on it.
