Good luck getting your rebates. I've submitted thousands of dollars of receipts, twice. The 2nd time, i paid for USPS tracking and delivery confirmation, just so they can't say my receipts never arrived. Here we are months later and still NOTHING. Not even a record of my receipts. 11% is bogus. Fraudulent claims that we will receive a rebate. I've been a loyal menards shopper for a long time. In return they lied to me and stole my money.
I have shopped at this Menards since I moved to Elk River 2 years ago, but no more. I am done with racism, and will not spend another dime at this store. If Asian Skin color is offensive I will take it somewhere else and exercise my right to spend my money at another store. In the past, I have put up with staff looking down on me when asking questions about certain items, understanding construction terminology, trying to save money by doing it myself. Love Menards - even though I don't have a house - LoL. Love the organization products, camping & outdoors and the grocery section is great at this store. Store is clean & staff is friendly.
