Had an issue a the Gurnee IL store. I preordered building materials with James Dulen on 2/17/15. I prepaid for the items over the phone. James suggested to have the items picked up to save the delivery charge. He said Menards staff will pull the items and work with my guys to load on our truck the next morning. When my guys arrived at the jobsite, there was a line item of 12 Durock that was missing. I contacted James and was informed, the Durock was not loaded even though there were 300 in stock. We purchased a vanity from here and came to pick it up. It took them about 45 mins to deliver an out of the box broken piece of scrap wood i paid full price for. Thats the last one they had. No call saying the floor models all thats left, nothing. So they sent me to antioch menards to get another one, but the guy at the gate tells me i cant just go pick it up, i have to return it, then go to antioch.
