Horrible experience with a gal named Emily with short black hair. I felt like she didn't want to help me with my return. I told her 3 times I wanted store credit as the item I brought back was a gift that was broken. After a few minutes, she put a receipt on the counter then walked aqay, not saying anything. Attempted to rent the insulation blowing machine multiple times after purchasing 20 bags of cellulose insulation from them, I called ahead to confirm its availability by Theresa only to get to the store and have someone rent it out before me. Wasted multiple 30 minute trips each way trying to get the machine.
