Usually great experience except today. I wanted a specific tub. Was told it was in stock and that he would find for me right away and get it ready for pick up in the yard. Shopped for over an hour getting the other things I needed and spent over $700. When I went to pick up the tub they spent 20 mins before coming back to me to tell me that it wasn't in stock. An okay place for a Variety of Home goods the only drawback I have is most of the Building Materials are not in stock and they have to be ordered. Which a fee is added onto the price of the materials being ordered. Menards have Manufacturering facilities for making a lot of items that have to be special ordered so why not add the material being ordered to a Normal delivery coming to the store and I understand Logistics it's just the Fee and wait time for an ordered product that I have a problem with.
Editing to reflect I left the original bad review thinking this was the other Menards over in Grand Chute. I go to this one off of Kensington a couple times a week and have always gotten good service.
