I like Menards, you can find some great deals here. My issue this visit was with customer service, I had a cashier named Dawn, who was very rude to both me and her co-workers. She put her frustrations out in the open through throwing her arms and rolling her eyes mostly while using her walkie to talk to her co-workers over a price issue. Didn't seem very appropriate to do that with a customer. Could just be a bad day, hopefully that's the case and her day gets better.

Charges 26% restocking fee on ladders, Home Depot doesn’t. Ordered a ladder, got wrong Type and tried to exchange but store manager refused to waive the 25% restocking fee. Home Depot allows 90 day return on the same special order ladder. Menards also charges tax on the restocking fee, so it’s really 26%. Manager didn’t care at all. Home Depot and Lowes show the return policy right on product web page. It was nearly impossible to find the Menards return policy.
