We always go to Menards for home improvement and gardening projects. I’m in the process of selling my house, and we purchased a pressure washer last night to use on the house and sidewalk / driveway. We put it together this morning and it would not start. We took it back to see if we could get a different one, and multiple managers wouldn’t do anything to help. Bought a power washer last night, it would not start after I put it together. Three levels of management said because I put gas in it, I have to take it to a third party to diagnose. Cannot return or find someone who cares.
Has everything you need from tents to potting soil to lighting, food, beds, and more! Super friendly staff. Had a wonderful conversation with a gentleman in the lightning department. Great deals and prices. Highly recommend!
Way way way better in service than the crappie East Menards customer service. After 10-day delay update by east Menards, I have ordered from here and called them to see if they can deliver early. They listened to me and they delivered the next day at 8 am! Also, I liked the toddler yellow car/cart. This helps people like us who have hyperactive toddlers but still need to shop. Great Service. From now on, this will be my means to go whenever I need anything.
