I wish I could rate lower than a one star! This store has the absolute worst customer service I've ever seen! After 45 minutes of waiting for help, I tried to get somebody to ring up a refrigerator. Only to be told they can't , then proceeded to have, apparently the only single person that could help me, help two other people that were there after me, then walk away like I didn't exist. IYKYK. Menard's has a whole host of things that are useable and fairly priced. I'll go to Menard's before the other big home improvement stores.
Went into the south Terre Haute IN store today and was looking for a specific product. The lady that was working in the garden center helped me find it and even helped me find the pet dept. I was so busy running errands today I forgot her name. But she was an older lady with short brown hair and glasses. Thank you for excellent Customer service! It is much appreciated.
