The manager Jordan is a huge guy who likes to get into women’s faces and scream at them and intimidate them. Clearly on a power trip why can’t you just help me find the hardware that I’m buying?
We were looking for a new stove & went to Menards. Had an awesome salesman, Randy! He asked if he could help us after only a few minutes, he was very knowledgeable about the products & looked items up for us. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted & he worked with that. He found us a couple options & also let us know what he could order. We found one we liked but wanted to check with another store so we left. Don't bother. Will only go to the north location....stopped in needed a 2x6, they told me that a special order.....what kinda of lumber yard doesn't hace a 2 x 6.....
As someone who frequents Menard's stores, I can say this store is VERY CLEAN and the people working are very friendly. They had what we needed and it was quick, easy to find, and the pricing is some of the lowest you'll find. I have the Big 3 home improvement stores within two miles of where I live and Menards wins ten times out of ten.
The staff is uneducated and unwilling to help. The return counter staff was rude and disrespectful. The managers are unreachable and hide away when there are issues.
