Which you can’t spam because they come from order@orders.menards.com email. So if you ever order from this place and you block that email you will not get notified when your order is ready. Menards is My Favorite—Hands Down! No, I’m not related to anyone at Menards and I don’t own stock—but I’ll gladly say their customer service and prices are miles ahead of the competition (yes, looking at you, Lowe’s and Home Depot). I recently took on two oversized (for me) DIY projects, and both the Scottsbluff and Cheyenne stores earned 5 stars. Mike the store manager and Menards are refusing to tell my contractor why they denied a return while keeping our money and the product that we returned around $13,000. Shop at Home Depot, Lowes or anywhere else besides here if you value honesty and a company that won't steal from you. If you look closely at the five star reviews you will notice that almost all are from professional reviewers or local guides that only submit 5 star reviews and the content of their review are highly generalized and almost like an add for Menar... read more
DO NOT SHOP HERE OR AT ANY MENARDS! My general contractor Conrads Custom Homes made a very large purchase for the construction of our home around $131k and then he made a return of items that were mistakes by Menards. He was told that the return needed to be reviewed by corporate and that review took an incredible 3.5months to be told that it was denied but not provided an reason for the denial and then ghosted by the General Manager Mike and corporate whom are incredibly dishonest and stealing from myself/ my contractor.
