Awesome place to shop.
Had a very poor experience with a worker named Odyssey. We were trying to check out, and after a morning of running errands with my husband while being 30 weeks pregnant, we were waiting for the person in front of us to check out, I had to use the restroom while my husband waited for us to check out. As I tried to leave the checkout line to use restroom, the woman named Odyssey was barking at me and told me that I was not able to leave the space behind the checkout... she literally told me I was not allowed to leave the area... read more
I have always enjoyed shopping at this store and often drive across town to visit. However, I recently encountered a situation at the register that could be improved. During my visit, a cashier rudely addressed a customer for moving behind an open cash register. While I completely understand the safety concerns regarding open registers, I believe having clearer guidance for customers would be beneficial.
