This store and it's manager Mike are refusing to provide any information in 5 months about what has happened to the money or the products from when my Dad and I returned some items on a big 132k order for our company Conrads Custom Homes. My Dad has repeatedly tried to get any information or reasoning but he is ignored or lied to leading to many sleepless nights for him and having to let go employees and cut back at home. Unless you want your hard earned money stolen by the store manager Mike MacHugo I would highly suggest shopping somewhere else. He took about $13500 in returns from our contractor Conrads Custom Homes and gives no explanation why neither our money nor prodects were retured to us. We ultimately paid for Mike's dishonesty as the homeowners. If you look at the 5star reviews you will notice that they are all by Local Guides or similar that are not actual customers, but incentivized marketers.
Response to Mark at Menards: Mike MacHugo the store manager at the email address you provided has not returned our emails for a couple months now and is why this review is being written truthfully. We suspect that Mike miss appropriated the returned items and the money and is covering his tracks. DO NOT SHOP HERE OR AT ANY MENARDS! My general contractor Conrads Custom Homes made a very large purchase for the construction of our home around $131k and then he made a return of items that were mistakes by Menards. He was told that the return needed to be reviewed by corporate and that review took an incredible 4 months to be told that it was denied but not provided an reason for the denial and then ghosted by the General Manager Mike MacHuga and corporate whom are incredibly dishonest and stealing from myself/ my contrac... read more
So much better than HD or Lowes! Wish there were locations in Colorado. Huge selection, like a home improvement box store and a Walmart combined Friendly and helpful staff
