Standard Menards. Good store
Good prices, just disappointed in lack of stocked items and how may Christmas items already sold out. Had no staff interaction either
I came to Menards to get some trim pieces that I have been having trouble finding. Albert was helping me and once again I thought I was at a loss once again! I went to the other side of the store and Albert tracked me down and told me that he found some other pieces that might help me. He really saved my day! Thank you Albert!
I’ve been shopping at this Menards for the past five months — multiple times a day, every single day — and the staff are always great. Kimberly from customer service deserves a special shout-out! She’s always friendly, patient, and super helpful. It’s rare to find someone that consistent and kind. Thanks, Kimberly and team, for always taking care of your customers!
The lady (Nancy) that checked us out was very slow. She told us that our card was declined and made sure everyone around us heard it. Very embarrassing. We had more than enough money on card. We went to sheets across the street and used the card without any problems.
