Purchased a window A/C unit here that I later found out had a manufacturer defective which caused mold formation, and was apparently a well known problem. Went in to return it, and after talking to the customer service employee, a supervisor (didn't catch her name, appeared to be mid 70s female) came over with a very nasty attitude, and offered me store credit, which I didn't need since I already ordered a replacement online, and had my receipt.
