Very helpful and nice employees and very fair prices
Very clean ad very nice store! Everything is more clearly labeled and priced than some of the other stores. Very friendly people. As always, the holiday displays are awesome! Halloween is always my favorite to see what’s out this year.
I went to this Menards on 8/3 and was told they price match as long as it was on the website for another store I looked up the item and it was cheaper at Lowe’s he went on his computer and found the item and on his computer it showed another price then what it was on my phone it was 34.98 at Lowe’s with the same model number and 42.98 so over $8.00 you had a customer go to another store to buy the same item I buy a lot of things from Menards but the way I was treated I guess Lowe’s has my business from now on
Menards leadership - highly recommend either a retrain or process change with yard material and purchase strategy. Stopped at Menards in Brimfield yesterday. Picked up a few items from in-store and took a picture of the bagged brown mulch part number in order to pay for it and then take my car around the back to the yard to load it up. Went to cash register at front of store and bought items and cashier charged me for the mulch and printed out a yard ticket for me. This store is different from other Menards!! Everyone is willing to go out of there way to help. The guys in the lumber yard are great as well. They always ask if I need help. Overall everyone at this store is great!!
