Informative people that know the store.
I called and ordered lemon cypress I wanted three they said they would be at the Hardware desk so that is where I went. They had my order and no plants. We where in the store for about l and 1/2 hours waiting for them to find them, no luck. I had to call the next day to see if they had them no one called me. When I called they said they were sold out, but they said they had 6 in stock when we were there. She called other store and they didn't have any. I have been a customer for over 22 years at the Fridley location. Recently I have had to pick up items from your back yard several times and have experienced poor customer service from your employee John. He is so disrespectful. I am an elderly female and have spent so much money at your store. I think he is an immature little boy that needs to be taken out of that job. Go to a different Menards this store does not make things convenient. The staff spends most of their time on their phones,and don't seem to care.
The customer service is pretty much nonexistent there it's a horrible store and I will never go back
