I needed to rent a ladder for a painting project. When I arrived at the service desk, showed the employee the Menards website listing of the exact rental ladder, and asked about renting it. The employee just directed me over to the rental ladders ladders, not what to do or why. I was a bit confused so I asked if I bring the ladder over or what I do next.
