We are new to the area and went to buy some things to fix up our new house. We had two questions. The first was about bathroom cabinets, and the second was in the cut wood department. Both times we were snapped at and treated rudely. The worker in the cabinet department even said, "I wouldn't know. Do you really want me to go back and look up the price?" My first thought was NO! Menard's has all the tools I need. Great deals and the check out line is always quick. Staff in the lighting department are always there to help!
I generally like this store , but several locations are badly understaffed causing extreme wait times at registers.
