Mike is one of the most helpful, knowledgeable hardware store employees I’ve ever met. He has the entire layout of his department memorized and knows exactly where every part is. He’s helped me find parts for multiple projects and been extremely helpful.
Shout out to the Menards crew in Lawrence, Kansas yesterday for helping me load some plastex sheets in the back of my truck. I had a very heavy desk loaded and the store manager got five guys to unload that desk, load the plastex sheets, and then reload the desk. Talk about above and beyond! I didn’t know how I was going to load it and they came through big time! Menards stores have the best people! We have purchased so many things from Menards for our restaurant we are building and Menards never disappoints!
