Service was just ok in the garden center.
Went into this Menards location the other day, and I needed help finding some wood for a smaller fence I wanted to build. I approached this really kind gentleman and on the name tag it read Ben. Told him what I needed and he showed me the area I would need to look for the wood right away with great attitude and super kind gestures. He even told me to have a great rest of my day and if I needed help to let him know. We’re tried to go buy a few cinder blocks, which at Lowe’s would be simple. There were some up front. We went to grab them, no they were glued together. Ok fine, but they should have put a note. Website is broken btw so don’t scan the QR code for that. You do have to to see the prices, which is wholly unnecessary. We go in to ask to a buy a few, they want us to bring them. Ok.
