Love shopping at Menards. Ive succesfully replaced the carpet in my home with Shaw luxury vinyl flooring from your store... at a 10th of the cost to have a local business doing it. Sometimes I just wander Menards for inspiration of my next project. Your staff is excellent, shout out to chase in flooring. Please expand your grocery section by putting a butcher shop in the store, or get a refrigerator section of new York strip steaks. If you just did that I would no longer shop at Walmart. Thank you Menards.
I lost my coinpurse with my ID, creditcard, and insurance cards either at the register or in the parking lot. I called later that day 12/7/25 and Joe was very helpful and had me call him back so he could check with everyone up front and look in the parking lot where I told him I'd been. They were unable to locate it it, but 2 days later I received a FB message from Katelynn saying they had it there. Employee in Plumbing department by the name of Wilki was more interested in talking and laughing with another employee named Chloe instead of helping me and my wife find what we were looking for. We asked for help 3 different times, these two girls stood there talking for at least 20 minutes and didn’t help us at all. We will be driving to Green Bay from now on, while we are there we will probably go to Home Depot. This was incredibly disheartening and very rude.
Love Menards! Its a great place to go to get whatever you need for your home or a gift or stuff to renovate your home. They have a 11% rebate offer from February to November every year for anyone who buys anything in their store, I think that's amazing! I don't know any other store that offers anything like that to their customers. Awesome place
