I order a lot from Menards and choose the pick up option mostly every time. I just want to compliment a certain employee, I believe his name is Alan. He’s always working really hard, very friendly, and always on the go! He seen me coming in and rushed to get my order to the desk before I got in there! He’s a wonderful worker and he has great customer service skills! Menards, you’re lucky to have an employee like him!!
I love how you can get it all in 1 stop. Reasonable prices. Need to be picky when getting lumber. Many bad boards mixed in.
This was by far the most helpful group of people we came across, looking for a 12000 BTU window air-conditioner. My wife called stores closer to our area with less than helpful information. She then called MENARDS, an hour away and was blown away by the incredible service, over the phone! I took the drive and sure enough, more helpful people willing to help! Thank you MENARDS team, simply the best!!
DO NOT SPECIAL ORDER ANYTHING FROM MENARDS!! If it is defected when it arrives, they will refer you to dealing with the manufactures warranty department. And if you’re not wanting to go that route, they’ll charge you a 25% restocking fee.
