I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at Menards. I purchased carpet padding that was soaking wet and completely unusable. When I brought the issue to the general manager Tyler’s attention, I was given no meaningful solution or assistance. There was no offer to deliver a replacement for the damaged product, no accommodation, and no effort to make the situation right. The hardware manager was so rude and demeaning to me when asking for help and to other employees and customers in the store. Will never return

It's an awesome place. They have quite the selection of food items. Makes it a little easier for a 1 stop shop. I really can't say more !!!!
