Worst experience in my entire life won't even let me return something that broke 2 weeks ago they will tell you you cannot return something if it's used what happened to 30-day return policy the manager needs to be fired!!!!!!
Pulled in to order pick up parking called three times nobody answered the phone got transferred to the main Menards line each time and the person who answered talked to me like I was stupid calling the wrong number. Don't have pick up if you're not going to have somebody man the phones to pick up when somebody shows up.......
Got everything we needed and then some. Friendly employees. Mellow atmosphere.
Had the worst experience here ordering doors. Bryan V was our sales rep and when we gave him our rough openings for the doors he ordered us the wrong size. We ordered 4 and only got 1 that was the correct size. Very disappointed as when we called back to let them know this they were like we can't help you other than ordering new ones. "Couldnt" look at any other stores to see if they had them in stock..... long story short.. buy local, maybe order from Bayer Built out of Belgrade,Mn.
