The two stars is for this location, not Menards in general. I've been a lifelong Menards shopper, frequenting a handful of locations on a regular basis. Always happy with prices and selection, I know where things are. In Willmar expect poor customer service, and a store not as clean as other locations. The employees seem apathetic, like they don't want to be there. It's finally time to learn the Home Depot layout.
