Never given a zero star but this place has deserved it. Customer service no longer exists here. Employees lack communication, knowledge and a lollipop up their face. I understand the customer goes to shop knowing what they need but it felt like it was everyone’s first day?? Don’t waste your time asking for help, you might as well apply, get hired, shop for what you need, check it out yourself, educate yourself on whatever dummy manual and go about your day. Get it together mentards.
Literally the nicest help, everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Was having a rough day when I came in ABs was just on an mission to get my stuff and get out but everyone from the building materials desk to the cashiers were big smiles and helped turn my night around. I came recommend this place enough.

We went in to get a new water heater. There were 3 men in plumbing that ignored me for over 10 mins. One was helping another customer so I didn't say anything. One of the other men left to assist a call when there are many employees to help instead of assisting me. When my bf came over to them they talked to him right away. I don't appreciate being treated differently because I'm a woman!
