You terminated my son for drinking water out of a designated area. how lame! Can you say recruit fellow customers to boycott menards. Don"t you think you deserve a better explanation when you yank someone's livelihood from them.
I am so tired of the useless employees at this store. If you're lucky enough to actually find someone when you have a question, you will almost always get a wrong answer. If they don't know, they'll just make something up. FYI - mineral wool is NOT made of wool! The guys at the building materials counter are incredibly rude too.
Average store with the exception of Gary in tools. He has helped me several times, is awesome, and worth more that all the rest of the sales staff combined. I hope I have his name right...he's an older gentleman with a wonderful smile.
