I had a very unpleasant experience here. The people working at the store were very rude and when I asked for help the employee told me who I was suppose to look for instead of calling someone to hardware and this is after telling him I was having a very difficult time locating things and finding someone. And then had to ask before he walked off from me if he could call someone to hardware. Pick up is in the very back, right corner. Austin and Morgan (?) Helped find 2 packages and dug for a third item that came in the morning shipment. They were efficient and very fast! I wrote down their names on the back of the paper I showed at the exit ( having never done this before), and they took it. They made it very easy for a first-time customer while my husbanddoes this all the time! Lots of great summer displays throughout the store!

14 year old son needed some hardware to repair skateboard. Mark spent at least 45 minutes with him locating the items and then even put them on, essentially reparing the skateboard. Above and beyond. Thank you.
