Terrible place
Go to Hill Top Lumber, very helpful, menards horrible, not helpful and they all are sitting at there chairs in the building department doing nothing could we not have one of them to tell us what we needed. Very unhappy with this Menards
The guy working at the guard gate Was very unhelpful. Call me a few names and said He was not employed by menand did not care.
We purchased garage cabinets. We were never told there would be hundreds of pieces to put together. Went to pickup our order & it was mixed with another customers. It wasn’t checked when separating to ensure all our pieces were there. They couldn’t find the third order & basically said, come back tomorrow. It was a mess & we decided to return order based on our entire experience with this order.
