Ask for 16 ft of flooring got charged for 30 was told that I asked for 30 and then I couldn't return it thanks for doubling the charge

Stay away from their online store. Horrible customer service. I bought 2 items from them. First package has 1 item missing, they sent the missing item, after a week it arrived with missing parts. They asked me to ship it back by my own expense to have it refunded for the item only, not the original shipping and handling fees (which were half of the total price).
