Stay away from their online store. Horrible customer service. I bought 2 items from them. First package has 1 item missing, they sent the missing item, after a week it arrived with missing parts. They asked me to ship it back by my own expense to have it refunded for the item only, not the original shipping and handling fees (which were half of the total price). Attn: Menards Management. I am a local contractor and you really need to improve the order pickup process. It took 2 hours to pick up my order today because you only have one person working the self service area. It's a bad look when you have 4 people working the counter.
