Great service and solid managers.
Bad service tonight. Took an hour to get a gallon of paint, that we had before. First, didn't have the right finish, then the wrong brand, then the wrong color. Not good. And I'm usually happy at Mena
Many staff are apathetic with some crossing over to rude, particularly in the building materials; some are inconvenienced to assist. Old guy at the gate is nice along with the checkers.
Customer service could be better
Have the rudest people no one will help you
Usually very helpful unless you get the new person who has no clue what a plunger is used for.
