I went on Saturday even I ng. To get paint. Couldn't get anyone to help m ix it so I asked a person working there c to find someone so 20 minutes passed no one so I asked another person said I'll get someone right now. 15 more minutes I left. Terrible customer service Brady the GM hides won’t let customer contact him or call people when ask. Miserable experience and spent $11,023!
sent in a bunch of receipts and never received the rebates. they want original purchase dates and rebate numbers. basically they are giving me the run around. i will not spend another penny at a menards store.
I'll do my best to avoid this store. The employees actually go out of there way, to not help you. It seems that most of the employees could care less, the store is super disorganized and good luck of your trying to find a straight, piece of lumber.
Worst menards store I've ever been in. The people don't seem to care that you need help finding something. The overall "I don't give a s#/% attitude" . Then yesterday, I'm disabled and am on oxygen and use their scooter. Clearly no threat to anyone. Let me just say that I've spent hundreds of thousands of dollars at menards stores all over the state of Wisconsin. I would not go back to Menards because of the manager and they are not organized and they are very lazy and most of the boards are no good it's not a good place to shop I like Lowe's and home Depot they treat you a lot better
Waiting over 20 minutes in the paint department with no one in sight. Asked two other employees if they could page someone to the paint department. Waited and waited and finally the manager came and I said why does it take so long to get help and no one is checking. I said when a person is on there lunch hour we have very little time. They will lie to you to make a sale and then not stand behind their word. Horrible customer service !
