Absolutely outstanding!!
Very helpful staff and great service.
Unfortunately, my recent experience at Menards was not a good one. The customer service was rude, and several employees were openly cussing in front of customers. It was clear that many of the workers were not happy to be there, which created an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere. I hope management takes steps to improve morale and customer service moving forward.
