The service i received in most of the store was outstanding.. but the lumber yard is a joke! 10 people standing around not wanting to wait on anyone. Ask to get help out in the yard and he insurance me that there would be someone out there..... guess what not an employee one. And it a big place. We will not go back for lumber again.
So as a contractor I went in to have a real simple project estimated. First off they waned to send me to hardware to have them price it. So finally they looked it up on the computer by the way I was getting a price for a wooden pergola. Easy right no big deal WRONG! So they didn't have the size that I was needing.
