Jim in the hardware department was very helpful and very informative. We brought back a weed eater and leaf blower combo that was on sale and prob for obvious reasons. ( junk ) was just going to get a cheap gas trimmer instead , but after talking with jim and compairing options and versatility of the different equipment , we ended up spending 400 more then we planed, but got some very good equipment that works good and has a good warranty.
Connie was working customer service today. She gave me excellent service! I returned a dehumidifier to be exchanged and also was picking up a AC. She called the dept to have items brought up to customer service. Being disabled this was awesome and l appreciated it more than she knows! During my wait she helped numerous other people was professional and efficient. Totally impressed with entire visit and sevice!service! Thank you Connie
