I love the selection's, products, prices, customer service. Then why only 1 star? I am sitting in flat bed cart now for 30 minutes because as usual birth of the TWO handicap scooters are being used. I ship here one time a week at least and every time I have to wait. At times I am in line with 3-5 other disable customers waiting for scooters. Awesome store and very helpful staff. Everyone even walked us to the area we needed. The store is so big. Amazed at the choices and prices.
