The last few months, I’ve used Menards online quite a bit. A their online ordering system is seriously flawed, as well as anything in their cabinet and kitchen department. I live a few hours away from the store and never once have I been able to fully pick up an order all at once, and what I do pick up takes hours. I had a great experience at Menards on Sunday, March 23. I walked in with a list of items I needed but was unsure where to find them in the store. Fortunately, a young lady named Ryan was incredibly helpful. She guided me to the items I was looking for and made the shopping experience much easier. Her friendly attitude and willingness to assist truly made my day. I think she deserves recognition for her excellent customer service!
