I’ll start by saying I’ve shopped at Menards ever since I can remember (and I’m a dinosaur, as my kids like to say, so it’s been a long time). Second I’ll say that even given what you’re about to read, I’ll probly still shop there bec I’m also a cheap @$$. Third, the punchline is that they did give me the return, but did not complete my one last request. Got everything I wanted wood pellets and K1 Kerosene . Ready for the cold weather. Store was busy but was well staffed with several check out lanes open.
Menards always has everything in stock ready to go. Plus, Dorine is always there with her smiling face to make you feel welcome.
Good employee recommendations with choosing supplies for cutting pipe before putting in a shut off valve on an outdoor spigot.
Not a safe place to do business. Employees are very unfriendly
