Menards is always clean, well-organized, and offers more variety than other stores. The staff are polite and helpful, which I really appreciate. However, the 11% rebate system has made me stop shopping here. I spent over $2,000 and only received about $35 back. Rebates take time, come as store credit, and are easy to misplace. Compared to Lowe’s instant honest 5% discount, Menards’ system feels like it benefits the company more than the customer. I’d gladly come back if they gave the discount upfront at checkout.
