Always have what im looking for. Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable ( if the one you ask doesnt know they find someone who can help answer your questions to the best of their ability)
Had to use bathroom, but the cleaning lady was so grumpy that I left without going!!!

Most the staff was kind and helpful. Mark in hardware was quite rude when my husband and I were asking questions. Really disappointing.
Not to reflect on Holland store, I made a small order online. For some reason the ship to stated South Dakota, not Holland,Mi. I contacted Menards customer service by submitting an email since Menards will not provide a customer service phone number. Sent 4 emails over 3 days and I’ve never received an answer. Menards, you suck.
