They are bad and tried to fraud my debit card for 2,000 dollars when I got something cost $95. I got the alert and my bank froze my card for 24 hours.
They tried to defraud my card. Thankfully my bank caught it. *BEWARE*
Brad at the customer service desk was rude and did not seem to have any idea what he was talking about. Otherwise relatively positive experience with equipment rental. Carpet cleaner was dirty when we rented it, but oh well, it’s a cleaner what can you expect. We returned it cleaner than we found it and still got charged a cleaning fee after being told “just rinse the tank and brushes.” Brad was also helping a customer before us who was clearly struggling with a language barrier.
