Most the staff was kind and helpful. Mark in hardware was quite rude when my husband and I were asking questions. Really disappointing.
Not to reflect on Holland store, I made a small order online. For some reason the ship to stated South Dakota, not Holland,Mi. I contacted Menards customer service by submitting an email since Menards will not provide a customer service phone number. Sent 4 emails over 3 days and I’ve never received an answer. Menards, you suck.
Such a shame. Not as customer oriented as they used to be :( Very disappointed.
Online Pickup is Slow Ordered a few items for pickup and it took 45 minutes for all of it to be brought to the pickup counter. Communication from the Mernards employee was almost nonexistent. I had to remind them multiple times that I was still missing items. My other trips to Menards have been fine for shopping inside the store. Just need to revamp pickup a little more.
Staff is weird and messy for no reason. Home Depot doesnt do that. Got threatened to take the review down so there's that. Still weird.
