I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the experience my family and I had at the Springfield Illinois Menards on August 25, 2025. We purchased an ottoman online for nearly $300, expecting a brand-new, wrapped product in good condition. Instead, when we arrived at pickup, we were given the floor model.
