Waited about 10 to 15 minutes to use the restroom while both stalls were occupied by menards employees Jacob and Brooks on their phones. 4 customers were waiting behind me and 1 was waiting before me. This has been the 3rd time this has happened to me at this store.
This Menards doesn't quite get it when it comes to contractors. I bought a discontinued item that was a piece of wood that was chipped quite badly on the corner but it's a decorative piece of item and they no longer carry it and I asked just for a few dollars off even though their inventory showed zero so they had no clue that they even had this piece of product. The store manager Mike does not take responsibility of his store's mistakes and puts the blame and responsibility on the customer. An item was stocked in the wrong spot, I did not know this when I picked it up off of the shelf. There was 6 of the same item stacked in a spot with a price tag marked with a price. I thought that was the price of the product and picked up 2. Got to the register and was told they were NOT going to honor the price considering the bin tag description was not the same on the box.
