Usually have the materials that I need. Returns are fairly easy.
Menards is essentially the only choice in town, so there isn’t much competition. On the positive side, they offer good prices on many items and a wide selection. However, the customer service could be better—associates often pass by without acknowledging customers who are clearly looking for help. A bit more attentiveness would make the shopping experience much stronger.
First time in a Menards... UNBELIEVABLE! Incredible selection of merchandise and they carry Black Widow Deer Lures! Picked up some flashlights at a crazy price. Lowe's aint got nothin on this place!
