Very pleased! My boyfriend and I are renovating our house and have been doing most of the shopping at Menards. We've always had exceptional customer service whenever we had questions or problems. An employee told my boyfriend which type of drywall to buy, but it ended up being the wrong size. It had already been cut up, but they still let us return it since it was their mistake. The employees are really good about knowing where their stock is also.
Menards Menards is good on pricing. However, I find their customer service to be a little lacking when you have to go into the back lot to pick up lumber or other supplies.
I work there and I would never shop there go to lowes it will save you the headache
I have had it with employees and local business that thinks it can give you the old bait and switch. Recently my husband and I were shopping for patio furniture. Not much choice in this town, but we found a decent set at Menards. We paid for the set and a delivery charge and were assured the set was in-stock and would be delivered the next day.
